I was very disappointed with my stay at Aerial Hotel. The experience fell FAR BELOW my expectations. The original room they gave us was not cleaned, beds not made or well-maintained. So we had to go downstairs to get another room. Basic attention to detail was lacking. I also found the customer service to be DISAPPOINTING, as my concerns were not addressed with an “I’m sorry”. Once a new room was given it was basic, not enough bath towels and only one trash can which was in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable enough. We went out for most of the day but when we returned our key card didn’t work and once again we had to go downstairs to get new key cards, again with NO I’m SORRY” Overall, I didn’t feel that the value matched the price I paid. Based on my experience, I WOULD NOT choose to stay here again or recommend it to others.

Overnight stop our our way to Pittsburgh to visit my brother. Hotel is clean with spacious rooms. It is very quiet. There were about 10 cars parked so not many people staying here. I mention this because we asked for a river view room and we could barely see the river. The room is nice - very clean with plenty of space. There is a pool and a very small exercise room - only 3 aerobic machines that barely fit. Nothing was open on Broadway.

Stayed here for a graduation. Beautiful lobby. Rooms were nice but lacked some cleaning in the corners of the floors and behind doors. We had 2 different rooms as we had to add an extra at the last minute. They did a nice job with the updates but bathrooms need some towel bars and hooks. Walls were completely bare and not well painted in both rooms we stayed in. They are easy fixes to get the other star in the rating. Our corner suite had great space and so many windows with a view of the lake.

This hotel goes above and beyond for their customers. I called to let them know that up to 20 people would be coming to restaurant and bar after our wedding. They treated as like we reserved the space. They went above and beyond! Our guest had so much fun and the room is amazing. The beds are comfortable and there is ton of space in the suite. The rooms are very affordable. Location is great for restaurant's. Dawn went above and beyond and even had the owner reach out to make sure we would be taken care. We will forever be grateful for the love they showed on such a big day.
